The housing department has an upcoming posting for a workshop.

It is now MANDATORY at Tsawout (and at most rental properties in Victoria, ie. M'akola Housing), to have a certificate for the "Ready to Rent" course; attaining this certificate in one of the requirements in order to qualify for housing with Tsawout First Nation.

The next "Ready to Rent" course at Tsawout First Nation, a 6 week course held every Thursday, starts on February 2nd/12 - March 8th/12, from 10AM - 12PM. (2 hours per week for 6 weeks).

We would like to stress the importance of this program to community members who are on the housing waiting list and those who would like housing with Tsawout in the future.
